• Description

  This course explores the management issues and methods of software development projects. Students will study the factors affecting software projects, life-cycle models, project scheduling, size and staffing, progress tracking, software metrics, managing people, and crisis management. The course will include theory, hands-on application, and case studies. Students will be expected to plan, develop, and manage a simulated software project, resulting in a historical report, complete with supporting documentation.
