  This course teaches the skills to identify, configure, and upgrade microcomputer modules and peripherals. This course will address diagnosing and troubleshooting, as well as safety and preventive maintenance. Other topics in this course are motherboards, processors, memory, printers, portable systems, basic networking, and customer satisfaction. This course will explore function, structure, operation, file management, memory management, installation, configuration, upgrading, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and networks.
