• Description

  This course introduces electronic components and their basic circuitry. Semiconductor diodes/bipolar transistors are covered, along with their main applications of power supplies, transistor switches, and amplifiers. Field-effect transistors and thyristors are also briefly discussed. This course also deals with semiconductor devices, emphasizing integrated circuits. Implementation of integrated circuits and implementation of amplifier and oscillator regulator functions will be discussed and analyzed, along with related topics of frequency response and feedback.
