| Objective The objective of this program is to train individuals for entry-level jobs in electronics. Graduates of this program will qualify for work in the following areas as a technician: computer maintenance, communications, medical electronics, and consumer electronics. Upon graduation, students will receive a diploma.
Requirements The program takes one an one-half academic years consisting of three semesters, each including two 8-week terms. The minimum time to complete the program is 12 months (48 weeks, including breaks). Students must complete a minimum of 48.0 credit hours. Lab time for the complete program is approximately 210 hours; theory time, 615 hours.

Length
of Course The requirements to enter into this program are, at a minimum, a high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate and a passing grade of 70% on the entrance examination.
