At Missouri Tech, we believe that funding can be found for anyone who sincerely wants an education. The Financial Assistance Department will advise you about a variety of sources for financial assistance. Federal grants which do not require repayment are available to those who qualify. The U.S. Department of Education funds Pell Grants on the basis of financial need. Student loans can help if you are from a low to middle income family, whether or not you qualify for other programs.

Missouri Tech participates in the following Federal Programs:

  • Federal Pell Grant Program
  • Federal Stafford Loan (Subsidized)
  • Federal Stafford Loan (Unsubsidized)
  • Federal PLUS (Loans to Parents)

The Financial Assistance Department can search nationally for other scholarships, as well, and advise you about any of the following:

  • Corporate and Institutional Scholarships
  • Company Reimbursement
  • Non-Title IV Loans
  • Veterans Administration
  • Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR)
  • Workforce Investment Act (WIA)

Missouri Tech also grants scholarships based on academic achievement and financial need. Please inquire for details.
